在刚刚结束的CES上，AMD正式发布了融合架构的APU（加速处理器），并展示了30多款搭载AMD APU的新机型，获得了一线PC厂商的悉数支持。向来积极支持AMD的宏碁，又一次抢在第一时间推出了采用APU的新机型，涵盖11寸高清小本和14、15寸主流笔记本市场。其中搭载APU的14寸宏碁A ire 4253笔记本已经在国内市场全面上市，在国美、苏宁等3C卖场和传统的电脑卖场开始销售，售价只有3699元，性价比非常诱人。

搭载APU E350的宏碁A ire 4253

  APU即加速处理器，是AMD 基于Fusion融聚的理念推出的全新类型的处理器，不同于人们已经很熟悉的CPU或者GPU，APU通过将多核(x86) CPU、支持DX11标准的强大GPU性能融合在一块单一芯片上，实现协同计算，彼此加速，从而加速游戏、视频等应用，让视频更清晰，游戏速度更流畅，并具有更长的电池续航时间。

  首款上市的宏碁A ire 4253搭载了AMD APU产品中的最高端型号E-350，融合了1.6 GHz的双核CPU和AMD Radeon HD 6310显卡，支持DX11和UVD 3.0高清硬解码技术，能够给像office 2010、IE9、高清视频播放、游戏等办公和娱乐应用加速。据测试，在运行穿越火线、地下城与勇士、魔兽世界等主流游戏时，场面华丽，运行流畅，速度超过60帧每秒。

  A ire 4253还提供了2GB内存和500GB大容量硬盘，为高端应用和海量存储做好了充足准备；HDMI接口、130万像素摄像头、多合一读卡器、DVD刻录光驱等一应俱全，满足用户的各种日常主流应用。

  外观方面，A ire 4253提供了稳重的黑色和靓丽红色两种时尚靓丽的色彩，3D纹理设计不仅有效防止指纹更带来了舒适的触摸手感，而特有的浮萍式键盘配合分辨率为1366 x 768的14英寸高清LED背光丽镜宽屏，更是让日常应用舒心随意。
